Admiral of the Red Garcia
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Medusa (SD-316), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Captain Junior Grade Timber Lupindo, RMN 5405-18, RMN in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The following personnel have been assigned to your command, and are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Medusa (SD-316), there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:
Senior Chief Helmsman David O'Shea, RMN 2539-14, RMN, is assigned as Bosun, relieving Senior Master Chief Petty Officer Robert Toland, RMN 6079-19, RMN, in service to the Crown.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby voluntarily reduced in rank to Captain Senior Grade (O6-B) RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date: 18 October 2025
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to CAPTJG Lupindo for their service as Commanding Officer of HMS Medusa (SD-316), and SMCPO Toland for their service as Bosun of HMS Medusa (SD-316) and wish them both all success in their future endeavors.
