As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson.
I hereby declare that ExcaliburCon (15 August - 66 August 2026 https://www.excaliburcon.com/ ) shall be a Flag Event for Grayson Home (4th) Fleet. Members of the Fleet are hereby requested to lend their aid and support to the event during the period. I accordingly designate GNS Glory as host ship, officers and crew attending are requested to welcome and assist members of other chapters attending the event.
Attending members are required to check in at the fan table to ensure the proper awards are made.
