Subject: Promotion As of the 18th of April this year 2020, with the authority given me by Her Majesty’s Navy, and in accordance with AO 1707-1 the following crew member of the HMS Black Rose, having passed all exams and having met time in grade and for merit for which there has been a great deal, and having met all other criteria are to be promoted:
Senior Administrator (C-6) Kate Webb is hereby promoted to the civilian rank of Consular Staff (C-7). This has been approved by the Civilian Promotions Board, as given my hand this day 18 April 2020 by Dame Amanda Barrow KSK.
I Congratulate Ms Webb on several jobs well done, and a very well earned promotion.
