So as of the 3rd of January this year 2020, with the authority given me by Her Majesty’s Navy, and in accordance with AO 1707-1 the following crew member of the HMS Chimera having passed all exams and having met time in grade and for merit and having met all other criteria and having been vetted and approved by the Promotion Boards they are to be promoted:
