HER MAJESTY'S NAVAL DIRECTIVE RMN-2505-01
GRAND ALLIANCE EVENT DECLARATION, P-CON
Members of the Grand Alliance,
Based on the recommendation and request of the Commanding Officer, Sixth Fleet, and in recognition of the Prime Minister and Grand Duchess' status as Guests of Honor, P-Con to be held from 19-21 September 2025 in Fort Worth, Texas is hereby declared a Grand Alliance Event. As such, any TRMN personnel participating in the event as described by PD-SC-1002 will be eligible for the Havenite War Campaign Medal.
