Re:	Promotion to O-2, Grace Bitker FLEET ORDER 1703-A, 08MAR2017

Having confirmed that Ensign Grace BITKER, HMS Merlin, has met the criteria for promotion as laid out in Admiralty Order 1701-01, and by my authority as Commanding Officer, Second Fleet, in accordance with Admiralty Order 1701-04, the above named officer is hereby promoted to the rank of O-2 LIEUTENANT (JUNIOR GRADE) in the Royal Manticoran Navy, effective 8 March 2017.
