In accordance with PD-SC-1002 and on my Authority as Commanding Officer Talbott Fleet I hereby designate the following events as Flag Events

BayCon 2026 July 3-6, Santa Clara Ca

San Diego ComicCon July 23-26. 2026 San Diego Ca

I am holding in reserve 1 additional Flag event exclusively for Victoria Station at this time.

In Addition BayCon is hereby designated as 10th Fleet Summit 2026
