== Accessibility ==

The Black Sphinx Cup prides itself on being the premier inter-fleet competition of TRMN. To that end, The Office of the [[First Space Lord|First Space Lord]] acknowledges that some members may need appropriate accommodations to participate in some challenges. In the case of members needing accommodation, the individual member must inform their chapter liaison as to what accommodations they require. The chapter liaison will inform the fleet challenge director of the requested accommodations. The fleet coordinator and chapter liaison will work with the member to provide ample accommodations. Once the member’s accommodations have been worked out, the fleet coordinator will report what the accommodations are to the Staff Intelligence Officer. <span style="color:#ffff00">'''Due to the potentially sensitive nature of accommodation requests, member confidentiality must be maintained at all times. At no point during the accommodation request process will the member’s personal information be shared with anyone other than the chapter liaison, fleet coordinator, and [[First Space Lord|1SL]] staff Intelligence officer'''</span>.
