As of the publication of this Admiralty Order, {{trmn}] will be issuing Honorary Membership based on the following criteria.

* A person has done a service to the Honorverse through work with As Astra, Artificial Games or Been Books.
* A person has received a "tuckerization" or "red shirt" mention in one of the Honorverse Books or the S.I.T.S. & Jaynes series.
* A person has done a service {{trmn}} without being a member. An example of this would be Uniform Tailor / Seamtress who did it for fun or profit, but offers their service to a large number of members.

Honorary Memberships will be designated from regular memberships with a -H after their membership number. Initially these membership numbers will come from the old Second Life numbers as we have discontinued operations there. Once those numbers are depleted, we will take the next open membership number, as needed for Honorary Memberships.

These memberships are special cases where an email may not be available, and will be the only memberships permitted without email.
