The following will be the proper Chain of Command for Questions within the organization. This is designed to focus questions to where they can be best answered. All level of this organization are open to communication from everyone, however, some people know the answers to certain questions as they are subject matter experts (SME).

Access Levels: 
Direct Access – Immediate handoff by Gatekeeper 
Scheduling Access – Gate Keeper schedules contact 
Gatekeeper Access – Gate Keeper answers question when able, hands off to SME where not. 
Individual Member --> Bosun --> Commanding Officer -->Fleet Commander (Chief of Staff – Gate Keeper)

Contact their Chief of Staff
