As of the publication of this Order, the following is effective:

The Uniform for the Sphinx Forestry Commission will consist of the following:

Summer Uniform:
* Shirt – Short Sleeve Khaki Safari Shirt with Epaulette tabs. A SFS Patch will be worn on the left shoulder. Dark Green Epaulettes with silver S.F.C. pinned or embroidered on the bottom and the rank insignia pinned or embroidered on the center of the Epaulette. A name plate with gold text on a black background with the persons last name will be placed over the right hand pocket.
* Khaki Safari Pants or Shorts – Both of these are similar to cargo shorts with multiple pockets.
* Shoes – Rugged Hiking Boots, Brown.
* Socks (if Shorts worn) – White knee-high crew socks with the top of the sock cuffed down to the middle of your calf.
* Socks (if Pants worn) – White crew socks.
* Hat – Khaki Safari Hat with the ability to tie or button up one or both of the side of the brim.

Winter Uniform:
* Shirt – Long or Short Sleeve Khaki Safari Shirt with Epaulette tabs. A SFS Patch will be worn on the left shoulder. Dark Green Epaulettes with silver S.F.C. pinned or embroidered on the bottom and the rank insignia pinned or embroidered on the center of the Epaulette. A name plate with gold text on a black background with the persons last name will be placed over the right hand pocket.

* Jacket/Tunic – Dark Green Dress Jacket with Mandarin Collar and two chest level pockets (like the khaki shirts) – Same color at 1960-1970’s US Army Jacket with 6 gold buttons down the centerline buttons and shoulder tabs for Epaulettes. A SFS Patch will be worn on the left shoulder. Dark Green Epaulettes with silver S.F.C. pinned or embroidered on the bottom and the rank insignia pinned or embroidered on the center of the Epaulette. A name plate with gold text on a black background with the persons last name will be placed over the right hand pocket. The ribbon rank and any qualification badges will be worn over the left hand pocket
* Shirt – Long Sleeve Khaki Turtle neck.
* Pants – Long Khaki Trousers.
* Socks – Dark socks.
* Shoes – Black Dress shoes or dress boots (no more than a 2” heel).
* Hat – African Safari Pith Helmet.

Convention Minimum:
* Shirt - A SFS Logo shirt, Dark Green or Green preferred
* Pants – Khaki Slacks or Jeans

The Uniform of the Sphinx Forestry Service (Children Ages 5 – 16) will consist of:

Work Uniform:
* Shirt – A SFS logo t-shirt or polo shirt, green. In winter, a white or khaki colored turtle neck may be worn underneath the t-shirt or polo shirt.
* Pants – Khaki colored pants or shorts (preferably cargo type) .
* Shoes – Black or brown hiking boots.
* Socks – white socks, either knee high or crew cut
* Hat (optional) – Khaki baseball cap with SFC logo on it.

Dress Uniform:
* Shirt – A white button down shirt with pockets. On the left hand pocket will be a SFC patch. A dark green tie will also be worn.
* Pants – Black dress pants.
* Shoes – black dress shoes or dress boots.
* Socks – black dress socks.
