It is with a heavy heart that I accept the resignation of [[Captain]] [[Dame]] Elisa Randal, [[Countess]], New Cumbria as Ambassador and Plenipotentiarty to the non-TRMN Czech Honor Harrington fan groups and Bohemia Station. Her service in this role has been invaluable, and she has the respect of both myself and the Commander of the Czech group. It is with her recommendation and blessing that I appoint the new Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint [[Commander]] Chris Thompson, [[MC]], [[OC]], [[NS]], [[ME]], [[GS]], to the role of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the non-TRMN Czech Honor Harrington fan groups and Bohemia Station. His responsibility will acting as an ambassador and liaison between The Royal Manticoran Navy and this Group.

In this position, Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Thompson will report to the First Lord of the Admiralty as the head of the Civilians within The Royal Manticoran Navy.
This Officer is to be treated with the honours and respect afforded a position in the Diplomatic Corps.
