	As of the 1st of January, Vice Admiral of the Red, Countess Boundary Waters, is hereby appointed to the position of First Space Lord and Chief Naval Officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy, with all rights and responsibilities associated with that role. Due to the nature of the role, a Promotion to Fleet Admiral of the Red is authorized. Additionally, Fleet Admiral of the Red Boundary Water is assigned a seat on the Royal Council commensurate with this position.
