Colonel Webb, you are hereby instructed to report to Headquarters, 37th RCT, to take charge of your command. Your first duty will be to assign a new Officer Commanding to Fort Shornecliffe. It is expected that you will serve this role with the same excellence you have shown while commanding Fort Shorncliffe. Fail not in this at your peril.
