Effective today's date, June 24, 2018, by and under my authority as Deputy Chief of Staff, Training for the Royal Manticoran Army, I do hereby declare Army Directive 1801-02 rescinded and that the King Roger I Military Academy to be reopened.

Furthermore, I hereby announce that The Right Honorable Earl of Cumberland Moor, Marshal of the Army Sir Peter Gordon, KSK, ME, CGM, RMA is requested to serve in the billet of Aviation Branch Director with the King Roger I Military Academy.
