Both the 11th Home Guard Command Unit and the 6th Landing Atmospheric Command Unit are decommissioned. The personnel attached to the 6th Landing Atmospheric Command Unit are to be transferred under the command of 6th Army, to a chapter which will be called Chinati Ridge and established as a Aerospace Unit.
