As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby direct that FantaSci, to be held March 24-26, 2023 at the Hilton DoubleTree RDU in Raleigh, NC, is designated as the [[Royal Manticoran Army]]’s Admiralty House event at the direction of the [[Marshal of the Army]].

All members who participate in the Convention (not simply attend) will be eligible for the [[Havenite War Campaign Medal]]. Other possible awards include the [[Silesian Peacekeeping and Observation Medal]], the [[Masadan Occupation Medal]], and the [[Havenite Operational Service Medal]]. Participation in this convention also counts toward points for your [[Combat Infantry Badge]].
