===1. PURPOSE===

1.1a This directive outlines the reassignment of duties previously managed by the Adjutant-General’s (AG) Office, effective 04/24/2025. The Office of the [[Adjutant General|Adjutant-General]] will be redesignated as the Adjutant-General Corps. It will transition to a co-equal Corps-level position, shifting its primary focus to serving as liaison with the [[Bureau of Personnel]]. Operational and administrative tasks previously under the AG Office will be redistributed to improve clarity and operational effectiveness.

1.1b All forts and constituent chapters will be reassigned to the direct supervision of King William's Tower.

===2. KEY CHANGES===

2.1a Introduces the role of [[Chief of Staff]] 
2.1b Chief of Staff assumes responsibility for staff administrative and supervisory tasks previously managed by the AG’s Office. 
2.1c Acts as the initial contact point for chapter and echelon-related inquiries from RMA members. 
2.1d Provides support, guidance, and directs members to appropriate departments. 
2.1e Oversees role-playing operations, coordinates with BuShips in echelon formations, and report processing. 
2.1f Supports recruitment and staffing activities for the Royal Manticoran Army.

====2.2 Adjutant-General Corps – Personnel Liaison Role====

2.2a Transitions to a more traditional staff position. 
2.2b Primarily responsible for liaison duties with the [[Bureau of Personnel]]. 
2.2c Manages personnel policies, procedures, and assists with awards. 
2.2d Rescinds [[Army Directive 2407-01]].

====2.3 Delegated to [[Third Space Lord]] ([[BuShips]]) – Chapter Operations Management====

2.3a Assumes authority over RMA chapter commissioning, decommissioning, upgrades, and downgrades. 
2.3b RMA members retain the option of contacting [[BuShips]] directly. 
2.3c Collaborates with the Chief of Staff in establishing echelon formations.
