The [[Army Regimental Excellence Award]] (''abbrev''. '''AREA'''), also known as the Army "E" Award, is presented to units of the [[Royal Manticoran Army]] for excellence during battle efficiency competitions and war games. The Army Regimental Excellence Award cannot be awarded posthumously.

The equivalent award issued to qualifying [[Royal Manticoran Navy]] units is the [[Fleet Excellence Award]] which uses a ribbon of the same design with the same "E" but in different colors.

The RMA-wide winning unit is awarded the Silver "E:"
