It was with great sadness that the Bureau of Communications accepted the resignation of [[Lieutenant (SG)]] Karyn Hill, RMN as Director of Publications. It is my pleasure to award Lieutenant Karyn Hill the [[Meritorious Service Medal]] for her outstanding work during her tenure as Director of Publications. Lieutenant Hill's skill at document layout was a credit to her and The Royal Manticoran Navy. She has set the bar by which all other documents will be judged.<br />
