	For his actions as Flag Lieutenant to Admiral Bulkeley and myself at HonorCon 2016 at the expense of his own enjoyment of the convention, Lieutenant (JG) Douglas Needham is awarded the Conspicuous Bravery Medal with an effective date of 1 NOV 2016. Lieutenant Needham is now entitled to the post-nominal CBM.		For his actions as Flag Lieutenant to Admiral Bulkeley and myself at HonorCon 2016 at the expense of his own enjoyment of the convention, Lieutenant (JG) Douglas Needham is awarded the Conspicuous Bravery Medal with an effective date of 1 NOV 2016.
