== Welcome from the Admiral of the Fleet ==

Welcome to the Qualification Badge Manual of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association (TRMN).

Qualification badges are earned due to a specific event occurring or a specific milestone being reached. TRMN, as an organization, has three main sets of qualification badges. These are:
• Specific Service – i.e. Hyper Command Stars
• Educational – Space Warfare and Combat Action Badges
• Combination – Aerospace Wings

As with all awards of TRMN, it is requested that you wear these with the regulations prescribed in this manual. Part of the fun of an organization such as TRMN are the many opportunities you have to earn awards and the new information you can learn while doing so.
