Although this manual may seem tailored to the Navy side of things, the RMACS and RMMM follow many of the same doctrines and policies laid out. Any differences will be referenced at the appropriate areas. Additionally, the concepts in this manual are not limited to chapter COs. I strongly encourage anyone, at every level, to take a look at this, It can be a helpful tool for planning and participation in the organization.
