My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on January 10, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the {{hms|Heracles|BC-566}}, BC-566. This is an [[Agamemnon-class]] [[Battlecruiser]] under the Command of [[Captain]] (j.g.) James Kratzer and is assigned to the [[First Fleet]].

The crew of this ship is the same as the crew of the {{hms|Reuben James|DD-570}} which has been recalled and placed into mothballs pending assignment of a new crew.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following additional personnel are breveted in rank:
* James Kratzer to Captain, junior grade
