Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 23, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the {{gns|Hermes|CL-73}}, CL-73. This is a [[Disciple-class]] [[Light Cruiser]] under the Command of [[Commander]] Keith Manley and is assigned to the [[Grayson Space Navy]].
