Effective as of 0001 Hours on May 1, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Invincible, BC-416. This is a Reliant Class Battle Cruiser under the Command of Captain (Senior Grade) John Neitz and is assigned to Cruiser Division 211 in the Second Fleet.<br />
