My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 16, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the HMS Arrowhead, DD-232. This is a Javelin Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Second Fleet.

The following personnel are assigned to HMS Arrowhead, DD-232:

* Captain, s.g. Dallas De Marr (assigned as CO, HMS Arrowhead)
* Lt. Commander Emily De Marr (assigned as XO, HMS Arrowhead)
* Chief Petty Officer Abigail Brewer (assigned as Bosun, HMS Arrowhead)
* Spacer 3rd Class David Brewer
* Spacer 3rd Class Seth Hunter
* Spacer 3rd Class Andrew Garland
* Spacer 3rd Class Ian Frantz

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
