My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on September 15, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Sphinx, SD-86, under the command of [[Rear Admiral of the Red]] Beau Thacker. This is a Sphinx Class Superdreadnought and is assigned to the [[Sixth Fleet]], based in Springhill, LA.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Sphinx:
