Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on January 27, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of GNS Covington, CLAC-01, under the command of [[Captain]] Christopher Fells. This is a Covington Class CLAC and is assigned to the [[Fourth Fleet]], based in Bailey, CO.
