My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on February 14, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command and crew reassignments for HMS Excalibur, BC-749. The new Command Staff is as follows:

* [[Captain, j.g.]] Peter Howdeshell, assigned as CO of HMS Excalibur
* [[Commander]] Brian Harris, assigned as XO of HMS Excalibur
* [[Chief Petty Officer]] Ken O?Dell, assigned as Bosun of HMS Excalibur

The other crew of HMS Excalibur at this time are:

* [[Lieutenant, s.g.]] Niki Rece
* Lieutenant, s.g. Amber Howdeshell
* [[Spacer 1st Class]] Paul Rankin
* [[Spacer 2nd]] George Ellis
* Spacer 2nd Michaela Austin
* Spacer 2nd J. Adam Davis
* [[Private First Class]] Troy Chastain (RMMC)
* [[Spacer 3rd]] Daniel Newberry
* Spacer 3rd Ryan Hoerber

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

* Peter Howdeshell to Captain, j.g., assigned as CO, HMS Excalibur
* Brian Harris to Commander and assigned as XO, HMS Excalibur
* Amber Howdeshell to Lieutenant, senior grade
* Niki Rece to Lieutenant, senior grade

This change also places HMS Ivanhoe into the Reserve Fleet for later use as needed.
