My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on April 19, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Black Rose, BC-520. This is an Agamemnon Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the [[Tenth Fleet]].

The following personnel are assigned to HMS Black Rose, BC-520:
