Effective as of 0001 Hours on December 4, 2015, it is my duty to announce a new Command Staff for {{hms|Anasazi|SD-482|hcn}}. The new Command Staff are as follows:

* Wendy Cheairs is appointed as Executive Officer
* Scott Madison is appointed Bosun

CO, and remaining crew are unchanged.

Additionally, Wendy Cheairs is returned to her permanent rank of [[Commander]].

Scott Madison is breveted to the rank of [[Chief Petty Officer]].
