Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on February 9, 2016, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for {{hms|Atropos|CL-257|hcn}}, under the command of [[Commander]] Mike Romero. This is an [[Apollo Class]] [[Light Cruiser]] and is assigned to the [[Third Fleet]], based in Williamsburg, VA.

As of this date, the new Executive Officer is:

The CO, Bosun and remaining crew remain unchanged at this time.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
