Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 16, 2016, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for {{hms|Kodiak Max|CA-413|hcn}}, assigned to the [[Second Fleet]].

The new Command Staff for HMS ''Kodiak Max'' (CA-413) are as follows:

* [[Chief Petty Officer]] Scott Dusenberry (assigned as Bosun, HMS ''Kodiak Max'')
