By the authority of the [[Third Space Lord]], [[Admiral]] of the Green [[Lord]] [[Sir]] John Roberts, [[KDE]], [[OR]], [[SC]], Earl New Mecklenburg, the following personnel are to be assigned and/or breveted accordingly:

[[S2C]] Terry Remaly is hereby appointed as Executive Officer and brevetted to [[LIEUTENANT COMMANDER]], [[RMN]], relieving [[CDR]] Candace Borcz.
