By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, OR, SC, Earl New Mecklenburg, the following personnel are to be assigned and/or breveted accordingly:

[[CAPTJG]] Stephen Nemer is hereby appointed as Executive Officer of {{hms|Intrepid|SD-463|hcn}}, relieving [[CDR]] Lindsay Roloff.

Furthermore, [[CDR]] Roloff has the thanks of [[BuShips]] for her service as ''Intrepid'''s Executive Officer. Due to [[BuShips]]' policy, and based upon her training record, [[CDR]] Roloff is hereby reduced to her permanent rank of [[ENSIGN]], [[RMN]].
