Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on August 23, 2016, it is my duty to announce the change of command for {{hms|Barbarossa|DD-551|hcn}}. This ship is assigned to [[Sixth Fleet]], based in Metairie, LA.

The new Command Staff is:
