By the authority of the [[Third Space Lord]], [[Admiral]] of the Green [[Lord]] [[Sir]] John Roberts, [[KDE]], [[OR]], [[SC]], Earl New Mecklenburg, the following personnel are to be assigned and/or breveted accordingly:
* [[LTJG]] Bryan Jones, [[GSN]], is hereby appointed as Ship's Bosun, relieving [[CPO]] Richard Clark, [[GSN]]. For the purposes of this appointment, [[Lieutenant]] Jones is reduced to the enlisted ranks with the paygrade of [[CHIEF PETTY OFFICER]], [[GSN]].

Furthermore, the following personnel are hereby reduced in rank according to [[BuShips]] policy for training qualifications:
