	As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby relieve Commander Kay Downing of her position as Executive Officer of {{gns\|Nathan\|CL-14}}, CL-14. She is hereby demoted to her permanent rank of Lieutenant, senior grade.

	In addition, I do hereby direct the Commanding Officer of {{gns\|Nathan\|CL-14}} that she has thirty (30) days to complete a Change of Command form naming a new Executive Officer who has completed all required testing for the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Failure to comply with this directive will result in GNS Nathan being decommissioned.
