Attention:

Based in no small part upon his work and efforts in service to this organization and the bureau, is my pleasure and privilege to announce that [[Commander]] Christopher Thompson, [[MC]], [[OC]], [[NS]], [[ME]], [[CGM]], [[GS]], [[RMN]], is hereby appointed as the Chief of Staff for the [[Bureau of Ships]]. In accordance with this appointment, he is hereby breveted to the rank of [[CAPTAIN (JG)]], [[RMN]].
