Attention to Orders:

Effective as of 0001 Hours on 20 December 2016, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of {{hms|Galahad|DD-478|hcn}}. This is a Roland-class Destroyer and is assigned to the [[Second Fleet]] (Columbus, OH, USA).

The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to {{hms|Galahad|DD-478|hcn}}:
