	Pursuant to [[BuShips Directive 1702-14]] ("Declaration of Admiralty House Event"), issued on 13 February 2017, FleetEx BayCon 2017 was declared as the Third Space Lord's Admiralty House Event, making those attendees who provide support to the exercise eligible as qualified by the latest Awards Manual for the HAVENITE WAR CAMPAIGN MEDAL. Therefore, on my authority and in concurrence with my lady, the following members of the Tenth Fleet are hereby authorized to wear this medal and those other awards specified below in recognition for their hard work and efforts in support of said FleetEx between 25-29 May 2017:		Pursuant to [[BuShips Directive 1702-14]] ("Declaration of Admiralty House Event"), issued on 13 February 2017, FleetEx BayCon 2017 was declared as the [[Third Space Lord]]'s Admiralty House Event, making those attendees who provide support to the exercise eligible as qualified by the latest Awards Manual for the [[HAVENITE WAR CAMPAIGN MEDAL]].
