	For conspicuous bravery in service to the Royal Manticoran Navy, Captain of the List Sir Steven Firestine, PMV, KDE, OG, RMN, has performed his duties as Commanding Officer of the Construction and Refit Command within the Bureau of Ships with distinction. As the first permanent commanding officer, he structured and hired a majority of the current staff, training them to execute at the high levels expected of the Bureau by the membership and the organization. He had a hand in nearly every new commission and upgrade this year, and when necessary, he assumed duties in absence and directly prepared vessels on behalf of the Bureau, to ensure the success of the crews relying on our services. Sir Steven's accomplishments within the Bureau demonstrated his loyalty to the organization and its members, and reflects great credit to himself, the Bureau of Ships, and the Royal Manticoran Navy.
