	With the authority granted by the First Space Lord, Fleet Admiral of the Red New Mecklenburg, inasmuch as the Third Space Lord shall be in attendance at FleetEx NorWesCon 41 on the dates of 29 March to 1 April, 2018, in SeaTac, Washington, this Exercise is formally declared as the Third Space Lord’s Admiralty House Event.		With the authority granted by the [[First Space Lord]], Fleet Admiral of the Red New Mecklenburg, inasmuch as the [[Third Space Lord]] shall be in attendance at FleetEx NorWesCon 41 on the dates of 29 March to 1 April, 2018, in SeaTac, Washington, this Exercise is formally declared as the Third Space Lord’s Admiralty House Event.
