To discharge your required duties of this office, and having met the requisite Time in Grade, Promotion Points and Coursework, and under approval from the SNCO promotion boards and office of the Senior Master Petty Chief Officer of the Navy, you are hereby PROMOTED to [[CHIEF PETTY OFFICER]], RMN.
