Attention:

In accordance with [[Admiralty Order 1803-02]], I hereby declare Convergence, 2019 as the Bureau of Ships Admiralty House Event.

The dates range from 4 July, 2019 to 7 July 2019 at the Minneapolis Hyatt Regency Hotel.

This directive thereby makes the [[Havenite War Campaign Medal]] available to all those participating with the convention who qualify under the parameters stipulated by either a [[Bureau of Personnel]] Directive or Order, the latest edition of the Awards Manual, or any subsequent or successive [[Admiralty Order]] pertaining to its awarding authority.

The above is effective on this date, 16 April, 2019.
