You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{hms|Javelin|DD-264|hcn}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer relieving [[Lieutenant Commander]] Thomas Erikson, [[RMN]], in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

The following personnel have been assigned to your command, are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{hms|Javelin|DD-264|hcn}}, there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:
* [[Lieutenant Commander]] Thomas Erikson, [[RMN]] (RMN-4080-16), is assigned as Executive Officer.
