Due to the vacancy of the position as left by [[Commodore]] Andrew Harper’s resignation and owing to your excellent work on the behalf of the [[Bureau of Ships]], you are hereby directed and required to report to the office of [[Senior Master Chief Petty Officer]] Dame Lori Bonilla, Chief of Staff of the [[Bureau of Ships]] in your new capacity as Director of the Office of Records. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

The [[Bureau of Ships]] extends its gratitude to [[CDRE]] Harper for his superior service to the bureau and wishes him the best in his new role.
