Lieutenant Comamnder Dowdall:

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{gns|Olympus|CL-58|hcn}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving [[Rear Admiral]] Neil Simpson, [[GSN]], in service to the Sword. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

The following personnel are assigned to your command, {{gns|Olympus|CL-58|hcn}}, in the defined capacities:
*[[LTJG]] Patrick Maher, [[RMN]], is assigned as Executive Officer. [[LTJG]] Maher is hereby breveted to the rank of [[LIEUTENANT COMMANDER]], [[RMN]]
