The following personnel have been assigned to your command, are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{rhns|Tourbillion|CL-3983|hcn}}, there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:

*[[ENS]] Breon Vonderheyde, RHN (RMN-5209-18), is assigned as Executive Officer.
*[[Petty Officer First Class|PO/1C]] Becki Rudeen, RHN (RMN-6007-19), is assigned as Bosun, relieving [[CPO]] Bobby McCclendon, [[RMN]] in service to the Republic.

Based upon the requirements of the service, the following brevets are approved:

*[[Ensign]] Breon Vonderheyde, RHN to [[LIEUTENANT COMMANDER]], RHN
*[[Petty Officer First Class]] Becki Rudeen, RHN to [[CHIEF PETTY OFFICER]], RHN

The above directive is effective on this date, 5 August 2023.
